This dental office was created for adults and kids. That's why we added a whiteboard for pinning the kids' paintings and shelves for some toys. The dentist that works there says that the paintings that children give him after they were afraid of dentistry and overcame the fear because of him are a lot more important than diplomas and certificates that dentists usually put on their walls. The concept of the whole clinic was a contemporary style with the use of natural materials and a color palette. In this case, we decided to make an accent wall dark gray and add natural oak elements that add warmness and coziness to space. White and walls, concrete floor tiles create a good natural background for the color accents of a dental chair and other furniture.
We decided to make a niche in the corner an accent and a place to locate a computer. This way the dentist has his own office area and the computer doesn't take the space on the cabinets. This was crucial for the client as he needs enough space for his dental instruments while working with patients. He also wanted to have some shelves for the toys and other souvenirs that children give him so we used the space above the cabinets to decorate a wall and provide him with the shelves that he desired.
We always complete our projects in a few stages. The first one is space planning of the rooms. It's very important to make sure that all the furniture and appliances match the size of the space and it's comfortable to move around and use the room. The second one is designing. It also includes 3 main stages. Read more about them here. If you need any help with interior design and 3d visualization - contact us and we'll be glad to help!
